TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the website, which is an online store for digital goods for the game Counter-Strike 2.

2. Currency and Payment

2.1. All internal settlements on the website are conducted in RazeCoins (RC) — the platform's virtual currency.

2.2. RazeCoins can be purchased via the integrated payment gateway (T-Bank acquiring) at an approximate rate of 1 RC = 1 RUB, subject to commission.

2.3. RazeCoins are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as real money. They can only be used to purchase digital goods on the website.

3. Product Description

The website offers virtual items (skins) for CS2. Items are sold individually and as part of bundles (collections). Bundles may contain a random selection of items from a predefined pool.

4. Delivery and Timeframes

4.1. Delivery is conducted exclusively via Steam Trade Offer.

4.2. The delivery time for a digital item ranges from 12 hours to 8 calendar days, depending on item availability.

4.3. The Buyer must accept the trade offer within 14 days. After this period, the goods are considered delivered.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Digital goods of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange under Article 26 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

5.2. Exchanges are not provided.

6. Withdrawal Cancellation

6.1. The Buyer may cancel a withdrawal request before the Steam Trade Offer is sent. A compensation of 60% of the item's value in RazeCoins will be credited to the Buyer's balance.

6.2. The Administration may cancel a withdrawal if the Buyer provided an incorrect Steam Trade Link or violated the platform rules. In this case, a compensation of 60% of the item's value in RazeCoins will be credited to the Buyer's balance.

6.3. No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances.

7. Liability

The Seller does not process cash withdrawals. The Seller is not liable for the actions of Valve Corporation.

8. Buyer Requirements

To receive goods, you must have an active Steam account with Steam Guard enabled that is able to accept trade offers.
