PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy explains what data RazeCase (razecase.fun, "we") collects, why we use it, who it is shared with and what your rights are. We work internationally and handle personal data according to generally accepted data protection principles.

1. Data We Collect

1.1. Steam account: your SteamID, public nickname and avatar, received through Steam sign-in. We never receive your Steam password.

1.2. Your Steam trade link, needed to deliver items.

1.3. Activity on the site: balance, inventory, case openings, upgrades and games, provably fair seeds and results, trades, top-ups, withdrawals, promo codes and the referral program.

1.4. Payments: amount, method, status and the provider's payment IDs; for crypto, the deposit address and the transaction hash. Card and bank details are entered on the provider's side; we receive at most the masked card number, its type and the bank name.

1.5. Technical data: IP address and the country determined from it, browser and device data, a device identifier and a browser fingerprint (a hash of browser properties).

2. Why We Use Data

2.1. To provide the service: sign-in, balance, purchases, games, delivery of items and support.

2.2. For security: to protect accounts and payments, to detect fraud, multiple accounts and referral abuse, and to apply the regional availability of features.

2.3. For analytics: to understand how the site is used and improve it, unless you have declined analytics.

3. Bot Protection

3.1. Top-ups, withdrawals, support messages and some other actions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots.

3.2. Some actions (for example deleting the account) also require our own proof-of-work check: your browser solves a short computational task. It collects no personal data.

4. Who We Share Data With

4.1. Data is shared only as far as needed with: Valve (Steam sign-in and trade offers); payment providers (payments, top-ups with skins and delivery of items; for delivery they receive your trade link); Cloudflare (Turnstile); Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics; an IP geolocation service; and our hosting provider.

4.2. We do not sell personal data. These services may process data in other countries under their own privacy policies.

5. Analytics

5.1. We use Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor, which records actions on the pages) and Google Analytics. They are on by default; the "Decline analytics" button in the cookie banner turns them off. More details are in the Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

6.1. Data is kept while your account exists. When you delete the account, its data, inventory and history are deleted, except a minimal record linked to your Steam ID (restrictions, the region flag, use of promo codes and gift cases, the referral link, a support ban and, for restricted accounts, the device data), which is kept to prevent abuse.

6.2. Technical logs with IP addresses and errors are kept for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your Rights

7.1. You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion: change the trade link in Settings, delete the account in Settings or write to support.

7.2. You can decline analytics in the cookie banner. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

8. Security and Changes

8.1. The site works only over HTTPS, sessions use signed cookies, and payments and sensitive actions are additionally protected.

8.2. The site is not intended for minors. We may update this Policy; the new version applies from its publication on this page.
