PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement governs the sale of digital goods — virtual items (skins) for the computer game Counter-Strike 2 on the Seller's website.

1.2. A digital good represents the right to use a virtual item within Counter-Strike 2, transferred by sending a trade offer via Steam.

1.3. This Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment of payment by the Buyer.

1.4. The website operates 24/7. The Seller is an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer a digital good (a virtual item or a set of virtual items).

2.2. Some goods may be bundles containing a random selection of items from a predefined pool.

2.3. Digital goods are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with Article 26 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, since they are intangible and delivered instantly.

3. Currency and Payment Procedure

3.1. All prices on the website are indicated in RazeCoins (RC) — the internal currency of the platform.

3.2. To purchase goods, the Buyer must first top up their RazeCoin balance through the integrated payment gateway (T-Bank acquiring). The conversion rate is approximately 1 RC = 1 RUB, subject to a small commission and service fee.

3.3. Payment is processed in Russian rubles via the payment provider. The Seller does not store or have access to the Buyer's bank card details.

3.4. Once RazeCoins are credited to the Buyer's balance, they can be used to purchase any digital goods available on the website.

4. Purchase and Delivery Procedure

4.1. The Buyer selects the goods, provides a valid Steam Trade Link, and pays with RazeCoins.

4.2. After payment, the Seller sends a Steam Trade Offer to the Buyer.

4.3. The delivery time for a digital item via Steam Trade Offer is up to 12 hours, depending on item availability.

4.4. The Buyer is obliged to accept the trade offer within 10 minutes of dispatch. If the trade offer is not accepted in time, the item will be safely returned to the Buyer's inventory.

4.5. If the Buyer fails to accept the trade offer within 14 days, the goods are deemed delivered and the payment is non-refundable.

5. Withdrawal Cancellation Policy

5.1. The Buyer may cancel a withdrawal after the Steam Trade Offer is sent by declining the trade offer. In this case, the item is returned to the Buyer's inventory.

5.2. The Seller may cancel a withdrawal unilaterally if the Buyer provided an invalid Steam Trade Link or violated the platform's rules. In this case, the item is returned to the Buyer's inventory.

5.3. No monetary refunds are provided. All compensations are issued exclusively in RazeCoins.

5.4. If a withdrawal issue arises or the item price changes sharply, the withdrawal may take up to 12 hours. There are two possible outcomes: either the withdrawal will be completed, or the administration will compensate 100% of the item's value in RazeCoins.

6. Prices and Payment

6.1. Prices are indicated on the website in RazeCoins (RC).

6.2. The conversion rate when topping up via the payment gateway is approximately 1 RC = 1 RUB, including commission.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the operation of Valve Corporation and Steam services.

7.2. The Seller does not process cash withdrawals.

7.3. The Buyer guarantees that they have an active Steam account that meets the marketplace requirements.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By using the website, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

8.2. The Seller uses reCAPTCHA by Google to protect against bots. This service may process the Buyer's IP address and browser data.
