PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is an offer of RazeCase (the "Seller"), the operator of razecase.fun, to any user of the site (the "Buyer") to buy digital goods and RazeCoins on the terms below.

1.2. The Agreement is concluded when the Buyer tops up the balance or makes a purchase on the site. The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are part of this Agreement.

1.3. The site works around the clock and internationally.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. Digital goods are virtual items (skins) for Counter-Strike 2. They are delivered to the Buyer's inventory on the site and, at the Buyer's request, transferred to Steam with a trade offer.

2.2. A case is a digital good that gives one random item from the list, with the chances published on its page.

2.3. Digital goods are intangible and are delivered instantly, so a delivered digital good cannot be returned or exchanged. An item in the inventory can be sold back for RazeCoins at the price shown.

3. RazeCoins and Payment

3.1. Prices on the site are shown in RazeCoins (RC), the internal balance. The balance is kept in US dollars; in Settings the Buyer chooses whether 1 RC is shown as 1 US dollar, 1 ruble or 1 euro, converted at the current exchange rate.

3.2. The balance is topped up with the methods shown in the top-up form, for example a bank transfer via SBP (in rubles), cryptocurrency or CS2 skins. The available methods may change.

3.3. Payments are processed by payment providers. The Seller does not receive or store full card or bank details. The fee and the exact amount to pay are shown before payment.

3.4. RazeCoins are credited once the provider confirms the payment and can be spent on any goods and features of the site. RazeCoins are not refundable and cannot be exchanged back for money.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods bought on the site appear in the Buyer's inventory at once.

4.2. To receive an item in Steam, the Buyer requests a withdrawal and provides a valid Steam trade link. The item is sent with a Steam trade offer, usually instantly and in rare cases within 12 hours. In very rare cases (a very expensive item or a problem on the Seller's side) delivery may take up to 8 days: the administration then completes it manually, and the Seller's obligations remain in force.

4.3. If the trade offer is declined, expires or cannot be delivered, the item is returned to the Buyer's inventory.

5. Cancellation and Compensation

5.1. If the Seller cannot complete a withdrawal, it returns the item to the inventory or compensates it in RazeCoins as set out in the Terms of Service.

5.2. Compensation is made in RazeCoins. If the Seller refunds a payment, the RazeCoins credited for it are deducted from the balance.

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for the operation of Steam and other Valve Corporation services, for restrictions on the Buyer's Steam account or for the services of payment providers.

6.2. The Buyer confirms that they have reached the age of majority in their country and that buying digital goods is allowed for them there.

7. Personal Data and Changes

7.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's data as described in the Privacy Policy. Bots are stopped with Cloudflare Turnstile and the site's own proof-of-work check.

7.2. The Seller may change this Agreement; the new version applies from its publication on this page.
